Tree Planting Partnership With NYS

Postbank Managing Director Mr. Raphael Lekolool waters a tree during the launch of a tree planting partnership at NYS Tumaini Field Unit in Nyandarua. Postbank partnered with the National Youth Service in a tree planting initiative that will ensure that the two Organizations plant over 6,000 trees across all NYS units. Mr. Raphael Lekolool noted that the programme is in line with the National Government’s efforts in combating the effects of climate change by boosting the forest cover to 10 per cent. “Until you dig a hole, you plant a tree, you water it and make it survive, you haven’t done a thing.
